Thanks for shopping with FurrendlyFinds! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

$5.99 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders.
FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes and shipping).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an order confirmation email right after you check out.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our partner warehouses overseas. Most orders arrive within 7–15 days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.

Holiday orders

Want it in time for Christmas? We recommend ordering by December 5 to give your order the best chance of arriving before the holiday.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Orders with multiple items

Some items ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll try to update it before your order ships.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If your package hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, submit a request through our Help Center. Our team will reach out within 24–48 hours to track it down or make it right.
