This website is operated by FurrendlyFinds ("we," "us," "our"). Our store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or items that are unavailable. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

4. Prices, discounts and promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
Discount codes are not stackable and can only be combined with free shipping.
Promotions and bundle deals (such as multi-buy offers) may be changed or ended at any time and can't be applied to past orders.
Taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

5. Product information and sizing

We do our best to show products accurately, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Size charts are measured by hand and may vary by about 1 inch (3 cm). Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

6. Pet safety

Our products are designed for pets, but you know your pet best. Always supervise your pet while they wear clothing, costumes, or shoes. Remove any item that is damaged, being chewed, or causing discomfort. Do not leave pets unattended in our products.

7. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled as described in our Refund Policy and must be submitted through our Help Center.
